PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT DATE

The commencement date of the program will be on the 12th of July, 2023. Any actions or transactions prior to this date will not be considered for the purposes of this program.

PAID SERVICE REQUIREMENT

All clients are required to have purchased a paid service from either IndiaFilings or Ledgers. The minimum value of this service must be or exceed 2899/-. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the client's disqualification from the program.

MANDATORY ONBOARDING

It is mandatory for the client to onboard their business to the Ledgers Software. Non-compliance with this requirement may lead to the client's exclusion from the program.

BANK ACCOUNT LINKING

All clients participating in the program must link their bank accounts to the Ledgers software. A penny test will be conducted to ensure the authenticity of the account and its linkage.

CASHBACK CREDIT

Eligible clients will receive cashback credited to their Current Account. This will take place within 15 working days from the date of the successful penny test. The precise timing of the cashback credit is dependent on various factors, including the processing times of the involved banks.

BANK ACCOUNT OPENING DECISIONS

All decisions pertaining to the opening of bank accounts are made solely by the respective banks. Neither IndiaFilings, Ledgers, nor EQL have the authority to override or influence these decisions. Clients must understand and agree that they are subject to the policies and procedures of their respective banks.

By participating in this program, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The violation of any of these terms may result in your disqualification from the program. We reserve the right to alter or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
