These funds are extended to those residents who are above the age of 60 but is not more than 64 years old. This is subject to the condition that such residents have surpassed the age of 60. The scheme would be implemented in both urban and rural locales of the state. The scheme also extends to the residents infected with HIV/Aids, provided that they have surpassed the age of 65 years and have registered with the Rajasthan State Aids Control Society.
