eMitra Online Government Services & App Download

eMitra is an ambitious e-Governance initiative of Government of Rajasthan. The eMitra website aims to use an online platform to aggregate all Rajasthan Government information and services under one roof through centres. Under eMitra initiative, Common Services Centres (CSC) or Kiosks are set up across Rajasthan to provide different services related to the government departments without the need for the people to visit the government sectors. In this article, we look at some of the vital services provided by eMitra and procedure for eMitra registration.

Services Provided on eMitra

eMitra services can be availed through multiple points of service & communication – centres & kiosks, web, mobile and SMS. Through all these points of service for eMitra, the following department services can be easily availed in the State of Rajasthan.

Agriculture Department

Application form filling for subsidy or licence, etc. such as subsidy on diggi, farm ponds, pipelines or farm implements, application for commercial grant of licence to sell stock and use of restricted insecticides for pest control operations, etc.

Commercial Taxes Department

Online submission and deposition of fees for RTI services; form filing for VAT registration or VAT amendment. GST registration and GST return filing.

DISCOM

Utility bill submission, application form for new electricity connection.

Election Department

Application for addition, modification or transposition of the name in the electoral roll. Registration of complaint, search services and printing of electoral roll.

Finance Department

Services of registration and entry of challan in eGRAS.

Forest Department

Online booking of tourist places and a gipsy for Ranthambore, Sariska & Keoladeo National Parks

eMitra Online Registration

People can register on the official website of eMitra to get all services. eMitra registration is free and can be completed within a few minutes. Step 1: Click on the below given online registration form. Step 2: Then give your login ID which you want to make and then give all the required information and click on the submit button. Step 3: You will receive your password by e-mail from e-Mitra. Through the above mention process, you can make your registration.

eMitra Online Bill Payment

After the registration process, you can use your login ID and password to access the eMitra portal. After logging into eMitra, you can make online bill payment by following the steps below.
  • Select your district name, department and service name.
  • Now select the option for Get Bill Details.
  • Then give all the required information and then enter the option of get bill.
  • The page will show you confirmation slip and click to the "Pay this Bill" option.
  • Select the payment gateway through which you want to pay via axis bank, icici bank or by the card option.
  • Then continue payment option and get your receipt number and token number to track your payment.

Online Application Process

To apply any service in E-Mitra Kiosks do the following steps given below: Step 1: Use the link to sign in Rajasthan Single Sign On Portal. Step 2: Then click on the Apply online and fill the required details and click validate. Step 3: Select for the service that you're applying and click apply. Step 4: Then give the necessary details. Step 5: If Application is Correct, then click on Submit button and you will be getting a confirmation SMS on your mobile.

E-Mitra Mobile App

eMitra apps allow a resident to validate the status of an application or service receipt issued against any service by any eMitra kiosk across the State. eMitra Mobile App is available for Android, Windows & iOS platforms and can be downloaded from eMitra portal  & respective app stores.

Bhamashah Scheme

The Scheme is a family-based programme of inclusion, where each family is issued a 'Bhamashah Card'. The card is linked to a bank account that is in the name of the lady of the house as the head of the family. You can apply for the bhamashah card at the official government website.
