E-Property Pass Book (EPPB)

According to this announcement, no person can sell or buy any property until registering the properties in the E-Property Pass Book (EPPB). Another vital thing is EPPB will be linked with Aadhaar and PAN online. The landowners have to personally report with ownership proof to the Sub Registrar office where special officers will enter the details of the property in EPPB. Once the property details are entered in EPPB, the title of the property will be transferred to new owner. There will be a special counter for the emergency buyers, sellers mortgagors where they can do an exchange of properties with complete details of properties.
