Applying for Property Card Online

The procedure to apply for property card online is explained in detail below: Step 1: Visit the home page of Maharashtra aaple sarkar website. Step 2: Click on Right to Services (RTS) option. The applicant will be redirected to the next page. Step 4: Click on Register Here to fill all information to create the profile. Fill up all mandatory details correctly. The applicant can do registration by two methods:
  • Option 1: Create User-ID and Password by verifying UID
  • Option 2: Upload complete details.

Create Profile by Verifying UID

Step 5: Click on option 1 and enter UID (Aadhaar Card) Number. The applicant will receive an OTP to the registered mobile number. Step 6: The information will be downloaded from UIDAI and will be saved in the user profile after completion of eKYC. Login to the Portal

Step 11: Enter the username password to login to the portal. Step 12: Once the applicant login to the portal, a new page will appear. Select the revenue department from the left side menu. Step 13: In the sub-department option, select land record department from the drop drown menu. Step 14: Select issuing certified copy of property card option from the list shown and click on proceed.

Enter Details for Property Card

Step 15: From the left side menu, select issuing certified copy of property card. The applicant has to enter the below-mentioned details to get the property card.
  • Name of applicant
  • Full adders along with pin code
  • Mobile number
  • Email-id
  • Aadhaar number
Step 16: Select the given postage or personal visit option. In the other details, field fills the district, taluk and village detail. Step 17: Select city survey office name from the drop-down menu. Note: Do not select a city survey office if the work pertains to the office of Deputy Superintendent of Land Records. Step 18: Provide the following details to get the Property Card:
  • Ward number
  • City survey number
  • Final plot number and description if any
  • Property card (Number of copies)
  • Enquiry Register Extract (number of copies)
  • Office order date and number of copies
  • Map
  • Vasalewar
  • Mutation number
Step 19: After providing all details, click on the submit button. The pop-up window with a message Your Application Number XXXXXXXXX is saved successfully. Click on OK button.

Upload Documents

Step 20: In the next page the applicant has to upload the photo (Height 200 Px to 212 Px and Width 160 Px), signature and ID proof (Below 100 KB) Step 21: Click on submit, a pop-up window will appear. Click OK in that window. Step 22: Fee details for property card application will be displayed. Click on confirm to make payment. Step 23: After completion of the transaction, all the details the applicant has entered will be displayed. Check all the details and go to the Homepage. The applicant can now see the name in the Revenue Department Property card details.

Step 2: Choose the district; choose the district from the down menu.
