Eligibility Criteria

The land ownership certificate will be issued only if there is no dispute regarding its ownership and the concerned land should not Manipur Government land or assigned land belonging to the Government.

Applicable Fee

Land ownership certificate service does not require any payment for processing. The user has to pay a service charge to CSC centre.

Step 2: Submit an application for land ownership certificate to CSC operating personnel. Provide all required documents as mentioned above. You have to give the following details:

Applying Jamabandi through MP e-District Portal Online

Guidelines for applying Manipur ownership valuation certificate through e-District Portal is explained in step by step procedure. Step 1: To get Manipur Jamabandi, Access the home page of Manipur e-District Portal.

User Registration

Step 2: For avail the certificate service of the e-District portal, the applicant need to register in the portal. From the main page of the Manipur e-District website select citizen login option. Step 5: Applicant can create the profile by clicking on ‘Create account’ option. You can register in the portal using any of the following options:
  • Registration utilizing Aadhaar Number
  • Registration using Driving Licence
  • Registration without Identity verification
Step 6: If you have selected the Aadhaar number as an option, enter the Aadhaar number; you will get an OTP to the registered mobile number. Enter the same for verification purpose. Login to Portal

Step 9: After registration, login to the e-District portal using username and password for applying Land valuation certificate.

Provide Details

Step 10: After login to the portal, select Land Ownership Certificate as services option. You have to fill out an application form, provide all the mandatory details of lands:
  • Revenue Village Number and Name
  • Patta Number
  • Dag Number
  • Land Class
  • AREA
  • Applicant details
  • Reason for applying the certificate

Upload Documents

Step 11: Upload all required documents (refer above) and click on submit. Step 12: On successful submission of application form, an Acknowledgement slip will be generated. Note the application number for future reference.

Status of Application

Status of Jamabandi application will be updated through SMS. The applicant can also track the status of the application by visiting Manipur e-District Portal. Select the Application Status option from the home page. Verify and Print Certificate

Once the application for land ownership certificate is approved, you can download the document from the Manipur e-District portal.
