Investment Details

To be a part of the India's leading salon chain, approximate investment required is 50-55 Lakhs. The franchise start-up fee is Rs.5 Lakhs. Marketing expenses accounts to Rs. 3Lakhs Recruitment and training fee is Rs. 1 Lakh. Annual fee will be fixed based on location and business potential. The Pay-back period will be 2.5 to 3 years. 50 % to collected while signing SUF and balance 50% to be collected on or before 10 days of salon launch. Note: Total investment includes Franchise fee, training and Amp, recruitment fee, external and internal branding and collaterals, BTL activities, interior design and contractor cost, Desktop system which includes a printer and software, air conditioners, generator for the salon, all furniture and products. The investment does not include property rental advance payments.

Property details for Naturals

Any individual or a commercial building in a highly populated residential area or in a busy street is preferable to establish a Naturals Franchise outlet. Ground floor is preferred. First floor or second floor is opted only if there is a lift. The floor area required would be 1000 to 1500 sqft.

Training Program

Understanding that continual training is prime to this business, Naturals Training Academy in Chennai has been established that offers multiple Diploma courses to upgrade the skills of our technicians. Franchisee training is provided in the Head Office or the Regional Office. During the training, detailed operating manuals for franchisees are issued. Business Development team and New Salon team from the Head Office offers assistance to the franchisee in opening the franchise through the process of identification of property, site development, manpower recruitment and training. In addition, support through field visits by Area Managers and Trainers to the salon are provided. Point of Sale software named LA-Salon and with a MIS system will be included in the franchise. Note: Exclusive territorial rights are not given to a unit franchise.

Agreement and Term Details for Naturals

A standard franchise agreement is available and the franchise term extends for 5 years. The term is renewable every 4 years after first 5 years.
