Application Procedure
To apply for Rajasthan Birth Certificate, follow the steps below: Step 1:- Official Website Visit the official online portal of e- Mitra to access the application form or download the application form attached below. Step 2:- Application Form Now, fill up the application form and attach the necessary documents. Step 3:- Submission of Form Visit e-Mitra, also known as Common Service Centers (CSC) located nearby Municipality office or Tehsildar office and submit the filled application form. Post submission of forms, an acknowledgement slip will be provided which is used for checking status.
