A birth certificate is a necessary identity proof for obtaining various other legal documents like passport, PAN, Aadhar or Drivers license in India. Documents Required

The following documents are to be furnished while applying for the birth certificate:

  • Identification proof of parents.
  • Bhamashah ID Card of the Family.
  • Any other valid documents.

To apply for Rajasthan Birth Certificate, follow the steps below: Step 1:- Official Website Visit the official online portal of e- Mitra to access the application form or download the application form attached below. Step 3:- Submission of Form Visit e-Mitra, also known as Common Service Centers (CSC) located nearby Municipality office or Tehsildar office and submit the filled application form. Post submission of forms, an acknowledgement slip will be provided which is used for checking status. Validity of the Birth Certificate

This birth certificate is valid for a lifetime and hence need not be renewed.
