To obtain the caste certificate, the applicant has to provide the following information:- Name of the candidate (in Block Letters)
- Name of father
- Name of mother
- Present residential address
- Permanent place of residence
- Age details with Date of Birth and Place of Birth
- Community for which the Certificate is claimed along with sub-group
Required Documents
While applying for the Caste Certificate furnish the following documents:- Application form of Caste Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Relevant documents connected with the property owned by the father or mother
- Income-tax Returns Certificate (for professional purposes)
- FSC (Food Security Card) or Ration Card
- Proof of address such as electricity bill
- Notary Affidavit on Rs 10/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper
Application Procedure
To apply for caste certificate in Telangana, follow the procedure as given below: Step 1: Application form of Telangana caste certificate can be obtained either online or offline process. For receiving it offline, visit nearby Meeseva Centre. A copy of the application is given below for your reference in the pdf format: Step 2: Fill up the application form and enclose the required documents. Step 3: Approach any Meesava centre nearby and submit the application and documents along with the prescribed fee. Meesava operator will pursue the online process. Step 4: The candidate will receive the application acknowledgement number and will get the transaction number on the registered mobile number. Step 5: Further, the Tahsildar will confirm the details and issue the Caste Certificate. Step 6: Finally, the applicant can receive the Caste Certificate from the Meeseva Center.Check Status
Also, the applicant can verify the application status by filling the application acknowledgement number and transaction ID in the official portal.
