Applying for Land Valuation Certificate – eSuvidha Center

Guidelines for applying the Tripura land valuation certificate through e-suvidha centres are explained in step by step procedure.

Step 1: Approach the nearest e-suvidha centres at the offices of Sub Divisional Magistrates in your area.

Step 2: Submit a request for land valuation certificate in the centre. Provide the required documents as mentioned above. You have to provide the following details:

  • Revenue Village Number and Name
  • Patta Number
  • Land Class
  • Applicant personal details
  • AREA
  • Reason for applying the certificate

Step 3: e-Suvidha centre person will forward the valuation certificate application online to concerned authority after paying the service charges. You will be provided with a unique application number.

Note: Keep the unique application number safe for future reference.

Step 4: Status of application will be updated to the registered mobile number and mail id. You can also check the stats Online.

Step 5:  After verification, the concerned authority issues Tripura land valuation certificate.

Step 6: Once you have received an SMS of application approved message, revisit e-Suvidha centre. Provide that unique application number to service personnel. You will be provided with the digitally signed Tripura land valuation certificate.

Step 1: To obtain Tripura land valuation certificate, Visit the home page of Tripura e-District Portal.

Step 2: From the home page of the e-District website select citizen registration option.You have to register in the portal for availing certificate services provided by the Government.

Step 3: By clicking on ‘citizen registration, you will be redirected to the new page.

Step 4: New user needs to provide details of Name, email ID, Mobile number, Password and select the state from the drop-down menu.

Step 5: After registration, login to the e-District portal using username and password for applying Land valuation certificate.

Step 6: After login to the portal, select Land valuation as services option. You have to provide details in an application form, provide the following information.

  • Revenue Village Number and Name
  • Patta Number
  • Land Class
  • AREA
  • Applicant personal details
  • Reason for applying land valuation certificate

Step 7: After giving details, click on save and upload all required documents (refer above) and click on submit.

Step 8: On successful submission of application form, an Acknowledgement slip will be generated. Keep it safe for future reference.

Status of Application

Status of application will be updated through SMS. The applicant can also track the status of the land valuation application by visiting Tripura e-District Portal. Select the Application Status option from the home page.

In the new page, select Government, state and service form drop down menu. In case you have applied through e-Suvidha centre, selects an option as the kiosk.

Provide application number and verification code. After providing details click on submit.

Get Land Valuation Certificate

On successful processing, the applicant will be notified the delivery date on which he/she should visit the sub-divisional magistrate office with the acknowledgement receipt. On the specified time, visit the office and get your land valuation certificate.
